Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1-8-2026
Last Updated: 1-8-2026

1. Introduction

At Alph4All, we are committed to providing secure, transparent, and reliable travel booking services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for bookings made through the Alph4All website, mobile applications, APIs, or any affiliated sales channels.

Refund eligibility depends on the rules and conditions imposed by airlines, hotels, insurance providers, car rental companies, activity providers, visa service providers, and other travel suppliers. Alph4Alll acts as a booking platform and authorized travel intermediary and processes refunds according to the supplier's applicable policies.

By completing a booking through Alph4All, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. General Refund Principles

Refund requests are evaluated individually according to:

  • Airline fare rules.

  • Hotel cancellation policies.

  • Supplier contractual terms.

  • Government regulations.

  • Payment gateway regulations.

  • Applicable local and international laws.

  • IATA regulations where applicable.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

3. Flight Ticket Refunds

Flight ticket refunds are governed entirely by the fare conditions issued by the airline.

Depending on the purchased fare, tickets may be:

  • Fully refundable

  • Partially refundable

  • Non-refundable

If the airline approves the refund, deductions may include:

  • Airline cancellation penalties

  • Fare differences

  • No-show penalties

  • Administrative fees

  • Taxes that are non-refundable

  • Alph4All service charges (where applicable)

Some promotional, discounted or special fares are completely non-refundable.

4. Hotel Refunds

Hotel reservations follow the cancellation rules selected during booking.

Reservations may be:

  • Free cancellation

  • Partially refundable

  • Non-refundable

Failure to cancel within the permitted period may result in full cancellation charges.

Certain hotels charge one-night penalties while others charge the full reservation amount.

5. Tours, Activities & Experiences

Refund eligibility depends entirely on the supplier's cancellation policy.

Examples include:

  • Free cancellation up to a specified period.

  • Partial refund.

  • Non-refundable bookings.

  • Date change only.

  • Credit voucher instead of cash refund.

6. Car Rental Refunds

Car rental refunds are subject to the rental company's policy.

Charges may apply for:

  • Late cancellations.

  • Early vehicle return.

  • No-show.

  • Vehicle upgrades.

  • Insurance products.

7. Travel Insurance

Insurance premiums are generally non-refundable after the policy has become active.

Refunds, if available, are subject to the insurance provider's terms and applicable regulations.

8. Visa Services

Government fees, embassy charges, visa processing fees and third-party service charges are generally non-refundable once processing has started.

Approval or rejection of a visa application does not automatically qualify for a refund.

9. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to:

  • Check in,

  • Board the flight,

  • Arrive at the hotel,

  • Attend an activity,

  • Collect a rental vehicle,

the booking may be treated as a No-Show.

No-Show bookings are usually non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the supplier.

10. Schedule Changes and Airline Disruptions

If an airline changes:

  • Flight time

  • Flight number

  • Aircraft

  • Route

  • Airport

  • Travel date

refunds, credits or rebooking options will follow the airline's official policy.

Alph4All cannot override airline decisions.

11. Force Majeure

Refunds relating to extraordinary events including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • War

  • Airport closures

  • Political instability

are handled according to the supplier's official force majeure policy.

12. Payment Method

Approved refunds will only be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.

Alph4All cannot:

  • Transfer refunds to another card.

  • Transfer refunds to another person.

  • Pay refunds in cash for online card payments.

  • Send refunds to another bank account unless legally required.

  • Recovery of associated costs

17. Fraud Prevention

Alph4All reserves the right to delay or reject refunds where fraud, identity theft, unauthorized transactions, or suspicious activity is suspected.
